MY STORY
Who am I?
I was born and raised in Bellinzona, Ticino, later spent some time near Locarno, and then lived in Lugano. Since 2019, I’ve been based in Zürich.
Since childhood, I’ve loved reading and I still find a moment each day to read some pages, sometimes to learn something or just for fun. At 14, my first Piaggio Ciao arrived, inspired by the 125 cc motorbike my father owned when I was a child – that’s when my passion for two wheels began. Over the years I’ve owned several Ducatis, a KTM, and an Aprilia, and that passion is still with me today, through sunny days… and the less sunny ones too.
Later I discovered photography, initially just to document memories. Actually, my passion started during my first solo travel, when I borrowed my mother’s Nikon camera. Today I still have a picture from that holiday hanging on my wall. Over time, it grew into something deeper: a way to capture and share how I see the world — not only while traveling and exploring new places, but in my everyday life when spontaneous moments are captured.
I’ve been working in finance since 2005, starting as an apprentice at Credit Suisse. Along the way, I moved into client-facing roles, sales management, and chief of staff roles before transitioning into project management. What I enjoy most is seeing concrete outcomes from my work and helping turn ideas into reality. Working in finance has also allowed me to explore many technologies and their applications.
And one more thing: I’ve always been fascinated by new technologies — they keep me curious, learning, and experimenting.
